ICON is the most advanced form of simple, as they like to say. The company creates reincarnations of classic utility vehicles with a pure vintage look but with state-of-the-art craftsmanship, including the body, engine, drivetrain, wiring, seats, suspension and steering.
Nothing is done by assembly line – each ICON is created by hand for individual customers. The company spends whatever time necessary to find the perfect parts for each vehicle they build. If you want to feel the thrill of classic design mixed with the performance of modern materials built to last for decades, an ICON is for you.
ICONs appeal to those who have status but don’t need to show it, for accomplished individuals who love owning something created specifically for them. You won’t find these vehicles anywhere else, and their rugged, sleek look of endurance will appeal to your adventurous side. If you have any sense of style, just walking outside to look at your new ICON will bring a thrill to your soul.
Several ICON series are currently available, as are more individual utility vehicles:
ICON BR Series – Inspired by the ’66 to ’77 Ford Bronco, including a removable hard top.
ICON FJ Series – Inspired by the classic Toyota FJ series.
ICON TR Series – Inspired by the 1950 Chevrolet ½ ton pickup.
All models are available in several colors and some include special editions. ICON also often does special projects for companies or individuals with intriguing ideas. Choose almost any vehicle from the 1930s forward and ICON can reinvent it as a bespoke vehicle created just for you. Examples include the Chrysler Wagon, the Chevrolet Coupe, the Buick Super Convertible, the M37, the Dodge Power Wagon and more.
Production time for established series runs from 10 months to more than a year, depending on the model. Other individual models can take up to three years to be fully completed.
ICON vehicles are built to be driven and enjoyed – not just looked at. While most clients have other daily driver vehicles, some do use their ICON each day. They are designed for both city and off-road driving, with no design limitations. They work well for islands, mountains, beaches, deserts and more. They are designed for heavy use in harsh environments, with parts made to last. If mechanic service is necessary, find an ASE-certified mechanic to work on your ICON.
ICON is also producing the ICON E-Flyer II Electric Bike with the classical elegance of the board racers from the World War I era.
