Skiing Winter Toys
I have only been skiing a few times. The first time at the age of 8 my family went to Bell Mountain in Lambertville, NJ aka Bell Bump. Even though it was a very small mountain I was terrified. So, I put my skis on and headed for the Bunny Bump determined to give it my all. I lasted ten minutes and decided to pretend to fall. It worked, and I didn’t have to ski any longer. The second time my so-called boyfriend talked me into giving it another try. He took me to the top of the biggest mountain at Camelback in the Poconos, promising to stay with me until I felt confident enough to ski down the slope. I mastered the chair lift thinking okay the hard part is over. Wrong. As soon as we exited the lift he took off leaving me stranded. After all the other master skiers got done yelling at me I took off my skis and walked down. I proceeded to go to the closest lodge and run up a hell of a bar bill. Needless to say, I never saw him again!
Now if they had skiing winter toys like the Snogo or the Hillstrike back then I would have lasted all day! If you can ride a bike you can maneuver these trikes like a professional. I wouldn’t have to snow plow or just fall when I wanted to stop. To me, this is the way to go. The problem is how do you get it up the hill?
