Home Gym or Public Gym

I will be the first to admit I despise working out, just getting to a home gym or public gym is work. Because of my lack of enthusiasm, my body began to notice my laziness and the doctor advised me to get serious and get into shape. Reluctantly, I joined one of the local chain gyms and I was really enthusiastic (for me) about going. I go on an average of 3-4 times a week. The only thing is I have to psyche myself up to get there. Then, of course, I expect immediate results. I recently read an article that you have to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound! So, I want to lose 20 lbs, after I did the math I realized I need to burn 70,000 calories and use the treadmill 200+ times and NOT eat to lose 20 pounds. gym15 nexersys2 After this lightning bolt, I decided to look into home gym equipment. I have two luxury home gym equipment manufacturers on the site, Nexersys and Titan Gyms. Nexersys is the home gym using martial arts as your inspiration. While Titan luxury gyms are great for a high caliber workout. For a treadmill, I liked the Bowflex (presently not on the site) it keeps you entertained as you are sweating to the oldies . Well, I debated for 2 weeks on what to do. When all is said and done buying a luxury home gym would have a huge impact on my bottom line, not to mention I have a two bedroom condo and do not have the luxury of a man cave or extra space. So, it is off to the gym I go!!!
